History

Founding of IASIS Technologies by professionals with extensive experience in diagnostic imaging.

Relocation of headquarters to Thessaloniki, with investment in owned warehouse facilities and a dedicated spare parts management system.

Establishment of a presence in Cyprus with a liaison office.

Development of the first family of software solutions for radiology.

Acquisition of the representation of VAREX Flat Panel Detectors for Greece and Cyprus.

Acquisition of the representation of Neusoft Medical CT scanners for Greece and Cyprus.

Launch of the new innoMEDIA software platform with CE certification. Strengthening of presence in Cyprus with new offices and staff.

Acquisition of the medical software company medisin and further development of the product portfolio, including teleradiology, PACS and RIS systems with cloud technologies.
