SinoMRI-AP/BP
The SinoMRI-AP/BP is a high-pressure dual-syringe MRI contrast injector manufactured by Sino Medical-Device Technology Co., Ltd. Available in two variants — the AP (AC-powered) and the BP (battery-powered) — it is designed to deliver contrast media precisely and safely during MRI enhanced scans. The device carries CFDA, CE, and TÜV certifications.
The SinoMRI-AP/BP is a floor-standing, mobile high-pressure injector built around a dual 65ml syringe configuration, purpose-built for the demands of MRI imaging environments. Its primary safety feature is the "Direct Pressure Sensor," which monitors injection pressure in real time and automatically stops the injection if abnormal pressure is detected, reducing the risk of vascular rupture. Additional safety measures include an air exhaustion confirmation button to prevent air embolism, a trial injection mode to avoid operational errors, soft and hard emergency stop buttons, audible and visual alarms, and an anti-leakage liquid design in the injector head to prevent internal damage from fluid ingress.
On the performance side, the system supports flow rates from 0.1 to 10 ml/s, pressure limits between 50 and 300 psi, and up to 8 injection phases per protocol. Up to 120 injection programs can be stored, recalled, and modified, with the 65ml dual syringe covering the majority of clinical MRI application needs. Scan and injection delays are both adjustable from 0 to 900 seconds.
The interface centers on a large 12.1" true-color touchscreen LCD with an intuitive graphic interface, paired with a remote dual-monitor setup for easy operation. A shine LED indicator provides clear visual feedback on injection or filling status, and the mobile cart allows effortless repositioning.
The two variants differ in power source: the AP runs on AC 110V/220V mains power and weighs 58kg, while the BP is powered by a 16.8V, 7800mAh lithium battery and weighs 55kg. Both share the same dimensions of 1400×660×700mm and operate in temperatures from +5°C to +40°C.
